Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the fragrance must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is defective.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed through the applicable original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another Colognese fragrance. If there is a difference in price, the difference will be settled before the replacement is dispatched.

Choosing Your Fragrance

Fragrance is personal, and scent preferences vary from person to person. A fragrance not matching your personal preference does not mean the product is defective.
